Church Hill House

Renovation + Addition - 2,360 SF - Richmond, VA

This row house in the historic St. John’s Church district of Richmond needed just a little bit more room, so we expanded the kitchen and added a primary suite, converted a trunk room to a new second full bath, modified a garage into a home office, added a half bath to the downstairs, and reconfigured the beautiful brick patio. Large banks of windows and skylights bring light deep into the home and allow its family to feel as if they were nestled in the trees.
